Cheese Ball

 

Ingredients

  • (1) 8 oz. package cream cheese softened

  • ½ Cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp. Chopped green onion

  • ¼ tsp. dry dill weed

  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

  • 1 cup shelled Tastachios (kernels)

  • 1 crushed beef bouillon cube (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise, mix well.

  2. Finely grind ½ cup Tastachios kernels and add to mixture.

  3. Stir in green onion, dill weed, and pepper.

  4. Chill in a bowl and cover overnight.

  5. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball and with remaining Tastachios, medium coarse grind and coat.
