In 2018, we launched Tastachios Wood Fire Roasted Pistachios and this was the original size that started it all. With a patio umbrella and small table, we introduced Tastachios to local farmers markets and quickly began to grow our following. Many stated they loved pistachios but "OH WOW" quickly became the most common response. We knew we had a winner!
