Tastachio Dubai Chocolate Bar
Ingredients
1 Jar Tastachio Cream
4.5 tsp. (20g) Unsalted Butter
3 Cups Kataifi (Aklis)
10 oz. Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Wafers
Kataifi Preparation
Melt butter in a skillet.
Add chopped Kataifi and toast until golden brown (about 10 minutes).
Cool completely and mix with Tastachio cream.
Chocolate Tempering
Melt 6 oz. chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
Temper by adding remaining unmelted chocolate to melted chocolate.
Stir Constantly. Temperature range 122-131 degrees.
Assembly
Use silicone chocolate bar molds.
Paint mold interiors with melted chocolate and chill to set.
Add Tastachio-Kataifi filling.
Top with remaining chocolate.
Chill for 30-40 minutes before removing from mold.
